Manufacturing the "Heavy Duty"
eight inch and six inch cabbing machines
Mark II Six inch cabbing machine
Specification and Features include:
Solid cast aluminium housing and motor mountings: high mass, thick walled cast aluminium provides vibration and acoustic dampening to enable quieter operation.
Wheels extend past the front housing to giver greater side access to the inner wheels.
Hardened stainless steel “431” alloy one inch diameter spindle shaft. Standard one inch bore wheels are accurately located without using shims.
Alloy steel spindle end bolts allow full use of the spindle length without losing width to threads and nuts.
Internally mounted spindle bearings away from water spray.
Alloy steel bearings with tighter clearances compared to stainless steel bearings for longer life.
Powerful one horsepower electric motor.
Three speed pulleys as standard.
Gas strut belt tensioner makes speed changes quick and easy without tools.
Modular construction.
All belt covers protected with safety door switches to prevent operation with belt and pulleys exposed.
Stainless steel water valves and copper tube plumbing for durability.
Splash guards easily removable for cleaning: just hose off in the back yard.
Supplied wheel spacers enable 4 or 6 wheel operation and 2 or 1.5 inch wide wheels.
Flat eight inch aluminium end discs available as optional extras.
Supplied with all necessary tools for assembly and operation.
